We use your information to provide and maintain our service, process your subscription payments, send important service updates, and improve the quality of our tools. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Audit results are retained according to your subscription plan's history limits (30 days for Free, 90 days for Pro, 365 days for Agency). We use Supabase for database hosting and implement row-level security policies.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how our service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google PageSpeed Insights API to perform audits. When you submit URLs for auditing, those URLs are sent to Google's servers. We also use third-party payment processors to handle subscription billing. These services have their own privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard settings. You may request a full export of your data or account deletion by contacting us. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of BulkAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
