1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BulkAudit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BulkAudit provides website performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals auditing tools. We use the Google PageSpeed Insights API and other technologies to analyze web pages and generate reports.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

BulkAudit offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BulkAudit to audit websites you do not own or have permission to test. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas. Automated access beyond normal API usage is prohibited without prior approval.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data you provide to BulkAudit. We do not claim ownership of the URLs you audit or the reports generated. Audit data is retained according to your plan's history limits and may be deleted after your subscription ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

BulkAudit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Audit results are for informational purposes and should not be considered as professional consulting advice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of BulkAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
